APPOINTMENTS

Please call in advance, especially if you wish to have a Saturday appointment. Please bring your gift certificate with you.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment so that your beauty treatments will be on schedule. Should you be detained, please call and we try to adjust our schedule to accommodate you.

DRESSING FOR THE SPA

Dress comfortably. We provide robes, slippers, towels and shower facilities. Bring a change of clothing for the evening if you wish. Please bring your personal toiletries and deodorant.

CONTACT LENSES

As you will be removing your contact lenses for your facial treatment, please bring your solution and contact lens case with you.

JEWELRY

All your jewelry should be removed before your beauty treatment(s) begin and placed in your purse. For security measures, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced valuables. All jewelry of significant value should be left at home.

PARKING

There are plenty of parking spots available without charge on the premises.

CANCELLATION

Kindly give us a 24 hour advance notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We would be happy to re-schedule it for you.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS FOR HOME CARE AND GIFTS

Our estheticians are thoroughly qualified to answer most questions concerning your beauty regimen, as well as to recommend products for you to use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but may be substituted for an equivalent service. They expire one year from date of purchase.
